[California, USA] OEHHA Announces Proposed NSRLs for Listed Chemicals
OEHHA announced modifications to its proposed rulemaking to establish new No Significant Risk Levels (NSRLs) under Proposition 65 for several substances including: 1‑bromopropane and diethanolamine (dermal), pursuant to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25705.
The new NSRLs are:
- Acrylonitrile – 0.7 micrograms per day
- 1-Bromopropane – 54 micrograms per day
- Dieldrin – 0.04 micrograms per day
- Diethanolamine – 5.8 micrograms per day, revised from 6.4 micrograms per day
