Meet Melbec: Georgina

Georgina is one of our fantastic Client Support Coordinators! She looks after our new customers, ensuring their onboarding experience is smooth and seamless, and that they always have a friendly point of contact whenever they have questions.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, Georgina is a valued member of the team. She also works closely with our Biocidal Testing team, coordinating sample bookings for tests such as EN 1276 and EN 13697. She even supports our Regulatory team by assisting new customers who may be unfamiliar with the complexities of Cosmetic Regulations, helping them gather the necessary documentation for their first CPSR or Global Compliance check!

 

How did you come to work at Melbec Microbiology?

I have always worked in admin and after my old workplace moved, I decided to take the opportunity to look for a role that was a little more challenging and more rewarding. When I saw the opportunity to come work for Melbec I know this would be an interesting role and I am so glad I applied.

What do you love most about working at Melbec Microbiology?

My day-to-day work would not be half as enjoyable if it was not for the team I work with. I enjoy being a part of Melbec and learning something new every day!

 

What are you most looking forward to in the future?

I am looking forward to continuing to progress in my role and further developing my knowledge of microbiology. As I gain more experience, I hope to take on new challenges and continue expanding my skills within the industry. I would also love to have more opportunities like ChemUK in the future, as attending events like these is a great way to learn, build relationships, and gain valuable insights. I am excited to be part of Melbec’s journey and look forward to contributing to the company’s continued growth and success.
